The pattern is clear: when innovative companies successfully integrate AI into everyday products, tech giants pay billions to acquire them.
Google paid $3.2B for Nest.
Amazon spent $1.2B on Ring.
LG just acquired startup Homey, signaling their move into the smart home.
Now, a new AI-powered smart home company is following their exact path to acquisition—but is still available to everyday investors at just $2.25 per share.
Over 10 patents, 200% year-over-year growth, and a forecast to 5x revenue this year — this company is moving fast to seize the smart home opportunity.
The acquisition pattern is predictable. The opportunity to get in before it happens is not.

Trump-Netanyahu Alliance Tested by Qatar Bombing
U.S. President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's alliance is under pressure following Israel's military strike in Qatar on September 10, 2025, targeting Hamas leaders.
The attack killed five, with Trump expressing strong disapproval, citing insufficient prior warning from Israel. This event mirrors a previous strike against Hezbollah that also occurred without U.S. notification.
Despite tensions, analysts believe a major break between Trump and Netanyahu is unlikely, as both leaders may continue to collaborate on efforts against Hamas. Qatar condemned the bombing, warning of potential regional repercussions.

It’s why surfing legends Tom Curren and Mark “Occy” Occhilupo are investing in the company.
Actor Chris Hemsworth even said this after his Surf Lakes experience: “What an incredible setup! Really thankful I got to test this out…an awesome day.”

OpenAI & Oracle Megadeal
OpenAI has secured a $300 billion, five-year contract with Oracle, requiring 4.5 gigawatts of computing power. Oracle's stock rose 43% to a market valuation of about $933 billion, boosting co-founder Larry Ellison’s wealth by over $100 billion.
The deal, effective in 2027, entails an annual expenditure of $60 billion for OpenAI, which currently earns $10 billion annually. OpenAI also faces computing power shortages, leading to $44 billion in losses and a projected path to profitability by 2029.

Swiss Lawmakers Debate Anti-Money Laundering Rules
Swiss lawmakers are debating anti-money laundering regulations due to concerns that strict rules could harm Switzerland's status as a wealth management hub. The country currently leads globally but risks being overtaken by Hong Kong by 2026.
Recent changes, including a 15% corporate tax for large multinationals, align with OECD standards, but lawmakers exempted charities and trust arrangements from transparency measures. Critics warn this may increase financial crime risks.
As Switzerland's reputation for secrecy declines, it ranks second to the U.S. in financial secrecy practices. Ongoing discussions aim to balance economic growth with ethical financial standards amidst rising global competition.

Potential Life on Mars
NASA's Perseverance rover collected a rock sample, “Sapphire Canyon,” from Jezero Crater’s Bright Angel formation, with potential evidence of past microbial life.
The sample, retrieved from a former riverbed, shows mineral patterns resembling biosignatures, including iron-rich “leopard spots.” Sedimentary rocks in the formation contain elements known to preserve microbial life, suggesting a rich energy source existed when Mars had liquid water between 3.2 and 3.8 billion years ago.
Although findings are promising, they require further study, as abiotic processes cannot be ruled out. Perseverance has collected 27 rock cores since its 2021 landing, with implications challenging previous beliefs about Mars' habitability timeline.

Alaska Rivers Turning Orange
Alaska's Salmon River is undergoing alarming changes due to thawing permafrost, leading to increased toxicity as harmful metals leach into the water, turning it murky orange.
Concentrations of iron, cadmium, and aluminum surpass EPA toxicity thresholds in nine out of ten tributaries. This contamination threatens local ecosystems, impacting chum salmon spawning and reducing light for essential insect larvae.
A decline in fish populations, including juvenile Dolly Varden and sculpin, has been observed. The study warns that similar issues are emerging across Arctic watersheds, highlighting the urgent need for emissions reductions to address the long-term ecological impacts of climate change in remote regions.
