need...America needs to take care of its drug problems at home and stop blaming other countries for its drug problems. Pharmaceutical companies and Doctors are the real blame to American drug problems.
ftor...For China in their competition with US EVERYTHING is tied.
mdul...Let's not lose sight of the fact that the fentanyl angle is just a ruse Trump uses to implement what he feels like doing. Suggesting that Canada, where he also used the fentanyl ploy, had less than 50 pounds of fentanyl slip across its border with the US and yet is subject to among the harshest tariffs of all nations. This despite the fact that more fentanyl goes north than south and that the US CBP is responsible for trying to stop the inbound traffic. Fentanyl is not the core issue with China either.
chri...Fentanyl comes to the US because of the demand. As long as demand exists, a supply will develop. Plus, the vast majority of fentanyl is carried into the US by US citizens via legal ports of entry. Americans need to look in the mirror if they want to know who is responsible for the fentanyl problem.
mcma...Trump doesn’t actually plan on helping in the drug space. He cries “fentanyl” in order to bypass normal checks and balance systems. He spent actually care about fentanyl bc if he did he’d go after the American companies who are importing it and getting children addicted to pain killers
cica...Maybe Americans should legalize and control currently illegal drugs? It’s not like making anything illegal has ever stopped it. Look at the world’s oldest profession? If you legalize it in control it, you can eliminate a lot of the negative consequencesPeople are gonna use.
geng...2/3 of Trump administration is a lie only to try and convince Americans what he wants to be the truth so he and Republicans can become a dictorship nation.
atli...When Trump is gone, tariffs are eliminated, and economic sanity is restored then we can begin to have sensible conversations about cultural differences.

sopa...The government has two issues to solve: budget and debt. And should forget trade policies. Tariffs are against american business and american people.
chiu...Prior spending on green initiatives, climate change and the fake “inflation reduction act” by the Biden administration
cica...On election day 2024 in November inflation was at 3% and had come down dramatically. It was on its way to 2%. The Fed target rate. The economy was rolling. And we were looking at three possibly four rate cuts in 2025. Thanks all of you.TACO VOTERS
quee...N
wabs...all of the above
milt...Increased government spending was also a factor, but without cutting SSN, Medicare, military spending or defaulting on debt payments not much can be done there.
moor...Anyone who answered tariffs and trade is political
robs...Inflation for imported GOODS (excluding services) was only 0.7%!!! Tariffs only apply to IMPORTED GOODS!!! In addition, those who didn’t answer “Increased government spending and national debt” either didn’t read your article or don’t believe you!
ljob...Tariffs/trade, increased government spending/national debt, supply chain production/disruptions. All of it contributes to inflation.
nanc...We haven’t seen the worst of it yet, as businesses decide our buffoon president is going to continue his tariffs after all and will have no choice but to raise prices. Groceries are already going up, especially dairy and coffee.
marg...It's hard to choose between "tariffs" and "spending and national debt", since the tariff war is simply Trumps misguided effort to recoup the cost of his blatant mismanagement of funding (reward oligarchs, regardless of the trampling of individuals and democracy in general).
atli...Obviously the inflation rate was less pre-tariff.
miah...Inflation is mostly due to YOU. Constant irrational spending and consumerism is what’s causing all the supply chain issues. You can go without all the shit you think you need. Just STOP.
pjpa...Federal Reserve needs to drop interest rates
gher...Profit margin. No one wants to lose money so if 1 factor in the supply goes up, every factor then reacts and raises prices causing and exponential rise in price.

thur...It definitely puts a target on them and could allow for additional and appropriate resources to fight them. I’m not sure about military involvement unless it’s invited.
csbr...As we should label white supremacist and Christian Nationalist as domestic terrorist groups.

lasa...google Chrome is popular because it's good. They should not be punished for that, and it should not be taken away from us. Part of what makes Google so good is that their products work so well together.
